What are your office hours?

The Sarasota office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Appointments outside normal business hours may be available upon request, and hours may be extended during busy tax seasons.

Can we meet in person or virtually?

Both. You are welcome at the office at 2959 Bee Ridge Road, Unit B in Sarasota, or you can meet with Chris virtually if that is easier.

Do you offer a free consultation for new clients?

Yes. New clients are currently offered a free 30-minute consultation, available in person or virtually. It is a conversation about your situation and how the work would proceed — nothing is filed or committed to during it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Harris Financial Solutions accepts cash, check, Zelle, credit and debit cards, and in-house financing if approved. Processing fees apply to credit card payments.

Yes. Credit card payments are subject to applicable processing fees.

In-house financing may be available, subject to approval. Ask about it when you schedule.

Can your fee be taken out of my IRS refund?

Accepted Answer

No. Harris Financial Solutions does not process returns directly from the IRS, so fees cannot be deducted from a tax refund. Payment is due at the time of service.

How should I send documents?

Please do not send tax documents by ordinary email or through the contact form on this site. Bring them to your appointment, or ask Chris which secure method to use for your situation.

What should I leave out of the contact form?

Accepted Answer

Please do not include Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, banking information, account credentials, or confidential tax details. The form is for a general introduction only.
